Upstate Physical Therapy is a local physical therapist-owned clinic located on I-35 in Denton, Texas, just north of State Highway 380. We treat patients of all ages with musculoskeletal conditions. We strive to deliver the highest quality of care and score exceptionally well on our patient satisfaction surveys. We accept new patients by physician referral. We also accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Workers Compensation.
