Upstate Physical Therapy is a local physical therapist-owned clinic located on I-35 in Denton, Texas, just north of State Highway 380. We treat patients of all ages with musculoskeletal conditions.
We accept new patients by physician referral. We also accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Workers Compensation.
